Incarnational Leadership Development

Jesus Christ is the one and only master of incarnational leadership. He is Emmanuel...God with us. God himself coming to live among us in human form through the person of Jesus Christ. An incarnational model of leadership is a willingness to follow Jesus wherever He goes...to be willing to submit ourselves into the lives of people where they live, work and play for the purpose of bringing the message of the Messiah (The Logos) into their midst...among them. 

 "[Jesus]... made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:" - Phil.2:7

Incarnational Leadership goes beyond imparting information but the impartation of our lives into those of whom we teach.

"So, being affectionately desirous of you, we were ready to share with you not only the gospel of God but also our own selves, because you had become very dear to us. 9 For you remember, brothers, our labor and toil: we worked night and day..,"   (I Thes. 2:8,9a)

"We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. If a man's gift is prophesying, let him use it in proportion to his faith. If it is serving, let him serve; if it is teaching, let him teach; if it is encouraging, let him encourage; if it is contributing to the needs of others, let him give generously; if it is leadership, let him govern diligently; if it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully."
